My first experience at the Seattle Starbucks Reserve impressed me with its three distinct levels offering everything from fresh-baked Princi pizza and exclusive coffee blends to a sophisticated cocktail lounge featuring espresso martinis, while the ambiance ranged from bustling and modern to quiet and speakeasy-like, though the $7 pour-over tasted a bit watery and the service sometimes felt rushed amidst the holiday crowds.
