Sept 11 totally understaffed. People walking out, only two gals trying their best to keep up waiting on all of us. The same thing happened in the bar this last fall when we just wanted to watch a game, have a drink and a dinner. Understaffed for a Crescent City award banquet so we were totally ignored even having to ask a security guard for help before walking out on our tab because we could not anyone's attention. Never want that to happen again. We are in our 70's and look forward to some fun and gamble but respect also to being taken care of and "pay" when it is done for our meals and drinks. Hope you understand. Something is going wrong over there, we have been going there since you opened when we lived in Medford and we now live here in Brookings so it means a lot to us and company from out of town we take there. Don't screw this up for us.
