I dined at Beijing Chef a while back and one unique item that caught my attention was their pizza egg rolls - a blend of tomato sauce and cheese wrapped in a crispy egg roll shell. This interesting fusion dish combined elements of Chinese and American cuisine in a flavorful way. Although I don't frequent the area, I'd certainly consider revisiting Beijing Chef just for those tasty pizza egg rolls.
