Hello, I went to this restaurant today for buffer with my family. I used to take out Biryani from this restaurant and thought I should go & enjoy buffet as well. It was my big mistake especially to take my family on one of my family member's birthday. Completely frustrated and annoyed with their service.

When I asked for Roti (Indian bread), I was told that it will be served on the table. I had to ask for the bread twice after that. Got some Indian bread which was NOT enough for the entire table, so had to ask for it one more time. We waited for 10 minutes and still it did not come. Since it was getting late, we thought we would skip it and rather have rice/biryani instead.

There were only two serving the entire restaurant guests, which was definitely NOT working well considering today was Sunday (weekend - that when you would expect more guests). Instead of attending the current guests, these guys were focusing on welcoming new guests and arranging the items for them. Also had to ask for water twice when I was expecting them to fill the glasses as and when they are empty.

I have enjoyed and visited nearby Indian restraints and would definitely tell from my experience that Paradise has very less variety of food for the price they charge as compared to others (e.g Priya in Wethersfield).

Don't have words to explain my frustration to have such pathetic customer service especially when it was a special day for my family.

I WOULD SURELY NOT VISIT this restaurant for buffet.
