The smoky aroma of the brisket-infused ramen fills the air, warming me from the inside out as I settle in with a flight of craft sours. Around me, a mix of students, regulars, and curious visitors share laughter and friendly competition over arcade games and pinball machines, creating a lively yet laid-back atmosphere. Though the bartenders can be a bit curt, the rich flavors and thoughtful service from the manager keep drawing me back to this downtown haven, especially on those chilly evenings craving something comforting.

The bar has a laid-back vibe, but I miss the classic pool tables and dart boards that used to be there. The ramen is truly exceptional, with a smoky flavor that adds depth to the broth and the brisket is tender and juicy, reminiscent of Texas-style barbecue.
