The pecan pie at Portage Pie stands out as the best I have ever tasted, even for someone who typically doesn't favor pecan. During my visit, the apple pie with crumble topping also impressed me with its perfectly cooked crust and delicious filling. Their pies are made with fresh ingredients and offer a variety of flavors, making it a must-visit for any pie enthusiast, though ordering in advance is essential due to their popularity.

My wife brought home a coconut cream pie that was truly the best I've ever had. Flaky crust, such a light whipped cream topping. Exquisite! Since Portage Pie is closed due to the pandemic, they apparently are still supplying the local restaurants. We were lucky enough to pick up the last few slices they had left! We will definetly be back!

It seems as though there is less and less fruit in the fruit pies. I bought a blueberry and it was mainly made from juice and few blueberries. I can get that at the amish stands and pay half the price.

I AM SURE GLAD THAT MY COUSIN TOLD ME ABOUT YOUR PIES. 5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH, SHOULD BE 75 STARS. YOUR PIES CAN NOT BE IMPROVED. THE CRUST IS BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER EATEN. YOU KEEP ON BAKE-N AND I WILL KEEP ON EAT-N I WILL HAVE TO TRY ONE OF EACH TO SEE WHICH ONE I ENJOY THE BEST. SO FAR I OVER ENJOY THE COCONUT.
