The Mexican fast food joint I tried in Columbia, MO was surprisingly delicious, offering a variety of options like tacos, burritos, salads, and bowls with flavorful ingredients like cilantro, rice, beans, meats, and salsas. The tortillas were freshly cooked, chips were blue corn, and the salsas were exceptionally tasty, exceeding my expectations for fast food quality. Despite a minor issue with the tortilla texture and a mix-up with the chip order, the overall experience was enjoyable, prompting me to consider returning in the future.
