Completely disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. My family and I have been to a Columbus location where we were able to use 3 Groupons in one day, separate transactions.

This evening, my husband, son, and daughter came in, had to wait for a min until an employee came out of the back wearing headphones, looked annoyed that we were there, and gave us our cups.

After getting what we wanted, we headed to checkout. I told the young man working that I had a couple of Groupons and would need to so two transactions. He told me we could not and that I could only one of them a day. I explained that I've used more than one in a day before, he said it's company policy and I could see that on the Groupon itself.

We all left our full cups behind. We will not visit this location again. This isn't the first review of poor customer service and as long as that young man continues to work there, it won't be the last.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get frozen yogurt. Even with the Groupon deal or a coupon, it isn't worth the hassle of dealing with this guy.
