I was initially hesitant to try the updated version of Takesushi due to my previous experience, but the improvements in online marketing, increased staff, and maintained or enhanced food quality have made a significant difference. Over several visits, I've enjoyed favorites like the lobster miso soup, omakase, and rare seafood offerings, appreciating the great value, attentive service, and the authentic, traditional approach to sushi preparation despite the relatively high prices.
