Unbelievable, Purchase a sandwich that comes with lettuce, tomato's, onions and pickles. if you add Cheese they will charge you a modest fee of, at the time of this review, $0.39 for the cheese slice. However, ask for your onions to be tossed on the grill that will gain your free onions an upcharge of $1.29 so a 129% increase in price with no true value add, no butter no sautí© simply some water shot on them to hopefully steam them. I find this unacceptable.

If it is a matter of cost per item then simply run a total with the mark up value in plan site so that your patrons both forced and other wise can see the assessed value and make an informed decision. Another helpful Idea would be a control on the portions with a accurate measurement i.e. a one cup for items such as gravy, if you order two biscuits and gravy in the Morning one spoonful, not even a ladle and call it good, Only then to say it will cost extra for a spoonful more is a bad idea. This feels like the orphanage is hording the flower, please sir may I have another? Please don't hit me with the hose again...

Its not that you have bad people in place only bad management. Help your people by giving them the tools to manage expectations for their clients.
