I was meeting a friend, he was running really late, it was snowing and raining, I told the cashier that I was waiting and as soon as my friend came we would order. I must have looked sad or frustrated, because this lady came over and said , I'm going to get you a cup of coffee, you should not be waiting this long by yourself. She got me coffee, showed me where the cream and sugar was, and insisted I not pay for it, I was upset because I was meeting someone for the first time, and I thought he stood me up!! Well, he didn't, he came in shortly after and got his coffee. Her name was Yanna, I will never forget the kjndness she showed me, I love this place, I go as often as I can. I've told everyone I know about the wonderful experience I had and all because of Yanna.
