The salmon here blew me away with its freshness, especially the Ikura Don with perfectly seasoned rice and a refreshing punch from the salmon roe-adding soy sauce made every bite amazing. The lasagna, lamb shank with risotto, and wood-fired pizza all impressed me with authentic flavors, and the friendly, attentive service made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming.
