The restaurant also known as Viet Bistro has been visited by me twice, including yesterday, which was Valentine's day. It's a spin-off of the main Pho 79 located in downtown Virginia Beach, and I find it to be even better than the original. The ambiance, though converted from an Italian restaurant, is pleasant with soft muted colors, offering a quiet space to enjoy a meal with your company at the table.
