We frequent K-Bob's in Fredericksburg, TX quite often - we have found it excellent - the food, bar, & attention in general - we especially like James, the GM, who is gracious & friendly and appears to manage firmly and in an effective manner. We also appreciate the professionalism of the bartendresses, especially Alex, as well as one of the excellent chefs, Michael, who happens to be close to Alex. We also have found another bartender/waiter outstanding - a fellow who is a quiet, unassuming, hardworking, single dad & who deserves a close look for promotion to management - Eddie Weatherbee. In general, this restaurant is a clean, organized, fun place with excellent food and fine service. Need I say more? Mary Scharold, MD
