My son ordered dinner from Thai Siam in Washington Sq. Grafton, VA, for Mother's Day. We usually love this place and my favorite dish is the E4 Garlic & Black Pepper with Chicken. When my son placed the order, he specifically ordered extra sauce on the E4 Garlic & Black Pepper with Chicken. He repeated this 3 times to the person on the phone. When he brought the food home my meal had NO sauce on it at all. It was so dry with NO flavor. I was so disappointed in my meal. My husband ordered the E1 Broccoli Delight with Beef and it also had NO sauce and was very dry. Also the appetizer that is my favorite which is A9 Satay Chicken was very dry, the chicken was tough. All in all, I was very disappointed in my Mother's Day dinner. My son felt very bad about it but its not his fault. Thai Siam has always been my favorite place to get Thai, but tonight it was not good. I hope someone at Thai Siam will read this and learn from it. Even thou it was a takeout order it should be just as good for take out as it is when I set in your restaurant and eat. I hope your takeout improves. Although my son's meal was good and he enjoyed his soup. Duck Noodle Soup was superb for take out.
