Billy Beach turned out to be a fantastic choice for sushi! I went for the beach rainbow roll, and it was loaded with fresh ingredients like crab, shrimp tempura, and a variety of fish, all topped off with a crunchy tempura layer. The service was friendly, and I loved the casual vibe, plus I'm already looking forward to trying their happy hour menu next time!
