Ken Carson's barbecue blew me away with its incredible flavor and quality-seriously some of the best chicken and brisket I've ever had. The sides like mac and cheese, cornbread, and potato salad were on point, and the staff made sure everything ran smoothly with friendly, attentive service. From the perfectly smoked meats to the welcoming vibe, this whole experience felt genuine and unforgettable-I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

My family reunion guests were blown away by the open pit cooked chicken, and the macaroni and cheese was a hit as well.
