During my recent food truck adventure, I came across The Modular Trailer and tried their Juarez dog, which was absolutely fantastic - a bacon-wrapped beef dog with chipotle mayo. My wife opted for the tempura fried shrimp sandwich, which was equally delicious. Despite my regret at eating most of her sandwich, I can't wait to make up for it on our next visit.
