$70+ take out order tonight. After 30 minutes of waiting for our food to be ready, I arrived at the restaurant. I then waited at the hostess station to find out where to pick up my order. I was sent to the bar. Waited for 10 minutes (my bags were in sight behind the bar) with several other people to pick up our food. The bartender was ignoring us so we were unsure if this is where we were supposed to pick up our food. Finally a woman came up and asked if this was where we were supposed to pick up our food. I replied that I wasn't sure as I had waited 10 minutes and no one had helped us. At this point the bar tender finally walked over to me and said "I thought I would make it 11". Not funny. She proceeded to hand out food to the 5 groups waiting to pick up orders. Super tacky response but if the food was good I could have overlooked it.
Sadly, that was not the case.
The Bavarian pretzels were so over cooked they were so hard you could only eat the center. The Brussel sprouts had flavor promise but sadly they were so overcooked they were dried out and way beyond chewy. I have had calamari in countless restaurants but the gummy, chopped up pieces I was served tonight did not, in any way, resemble or taste like calamari.
To be fair the burger was edible and the grilled wings were good but sadly they were the only parts of dinner that we didn't throw out. So sad. Won't be back
