Surprised and Disappointed!
Maybe better for inside dining than
Take-Out. Blackened Salmon Caesar arrived with a piece of properly cooked salmon, tho’ not at all blackened. Tossed in were a smattering if kale leaves, hardly enough for a portion, a few pine nuts and cubes of plain, white, unseasoned, not toasted or otherwise made into croutons!
Basically a $20+ piece of salmon garnished with a little kale. Definitely felt like a ripoff.
The sweet potato fries arrived sodden, limp and greasy. They had to go into the oven for at least 20-30 minutes to crisp before could be enjoyed.
The Beets with Feta!!! Arrived looking like jello with purple and gold plums, not the bright pyramid of beets on your menu. They arrived in a small container filled with a thick white, shiny substance that had no resemblance to your illustrated feta cheese topped with a little yogurt.
I never write negative reviews, or reviews at all, but when my children ordered and paid for your offerings from your online menu for my birthday dinner, I feel you should know that something felt very wrong and perhaps your takeout process needs to be examined. We wont be able to recommend Eureka nor come by for restaurant dining. I’m sorry as your ideas are interesting and enticing. Just not the execution. Wish I could post the photos of the plates described.
