The store opens at 10:45am in the morning, but I've noticed the service can be a bit unfriendly with some cashiers not speaking English well. There's a patio outside, but access for those with disabilities is limited to the 34th street entrance due to lack of steps. Inside, there are two bathrooms available. Despite the high prices, my brother is a frequent visitor and seems addicted to their food. While I appreciate the scrumptious queso and refreshing sprite, the overall experience can be hit or miss, with occasional delays in online orders. Consider ordering ahead online, especially during busy times.
