During our recent trip to Fredericksburg, we frequented Hill Country Donuts and Kolaches for quick breakfast options. While the sausage kolaches could benefit from a bit more cooking time, the variety of kolaches, breakfast tacos, and coffee were enjoyable. The service was friendly and efficient, making it a convenient spot for a tasty local breakfast.
