The employees at Panda Express exude energy and warmth, creating an inviting atmosphere that elevates the experience. However, despite my hopes for improvement with each visit, the food often falls short, lacking freshness and depth, with the fried rice tasting more like a colorful afterthought than a satisfying dish.

I highly recommend Panda Express for its amazing customer service and efficient staff. The food, however, falls short of expectations with its lack of freshness and questionable quality. Despite this, the exceptional service and convenience of ordering and pickup make it a worthwhile dining experience.
