I've dined at Boxcars many times, enjoying the lunch specials and delicious menu items. The service is great, especially during lunch hours, but the evening bar menu is limited. The chicken wings are fantastic, surpassing even Buffalo Wild Wings and Anchor Bar wings. My favorite dish is the mushroom Swiss burger, juicy and flavorful. The ambiance with the train looping overhead adds a unique touch. However, new owners have not improved the dim, noisy atmosphere, and the food quality has declined.
