The food at the chain restaurant Zaxby's was enjoyable, with good customer service and a relatively clean environment. However, there was a noticeable lack of workers cleaning tables during a busy lunchtime, which was disappointing. Despite this, the drive-thru experience was pleasant, with a friendly young lady and delicious menu items like the chicken fingers platter with fries, coleslaw, and Texas toast.
