The buckboard bacon here is absolutely incredible and has been a major reason for my repeated visits to Leavenworth since 2010. Their selection of meats and cheeses, especially the paprika and oregano salamis, combined with friendly, knowledgeable staff, makes every stop a delicious and memorable experience that I eagerly look forward to each time.

The buckboard bacon at Cured in Leavenworth has consistently been a favorite of mine, drawing me back since 2010 with its incredible taste. While the shop remains fantastic, I was a bit disappointed to find they no longer offer the zombie or Tex-mex sticks that I used to enjoy. Despite some changes in their offerings, I still find myself returning to savor their delicious meats and cheeses every time I visit Leavenworth.
