The Firehouse Subs location I visited earned 5 stars for taste, but I rated it 4 stars overall due to slower service and app glitches. Despite these drawbacks, I adore Firehouse's superior quality compared to Subway and Quiznos. The meats, breads, and veggies always seem fresher and tastier, making it worth the slightly higher price.
