I discovered Jersey Mike's 12 years ago when I lived in North Carolina, and I still can't get enough of their fresh-sliced meats and cheeses. The tuna fish is always made fresh daily, and their cold sandwiches are a definite winner over the hot options. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program for a free sub on your birthday, and don't forget to order it Mike's Way for that special flavor twist.
