Two weeks ago, a visit to Plank Road Exchange left me unimpressed, particularly due to the lackluster food offerings. However, under the new management of owner Norm Jenkins, the establishment has been revitalized and is now a bustling hub in Batesville. Opening daily at 7:30 a.m., the store now offers a range of breakfast and lunch options, as well as an enticing nightlife experience on Fridays and Saturdays with live music and local beer selections.
