I had the pleasure of dining at this local spot recently, and the food was truly impressive. The owner and staff made us feel right at home, and I particularly enjoyed the boudin omelet with sausage gravy on the side. While there were a couple of small hiccups with the service, the overall experience was fantastic, and I'm eager to return for more of their hearty, homemade dishes.

$80.00 "¦ add $16.00 for a tip"¦ you've got the better part of a 100.00 Bill. Ridiculous!!!!!!!
I'm afraid I'm not gonna be eating there again, for about another $20.00, I could eat at Ruth Chris' steak house. Sorry Me-Pas: it was fun while it lasted, but I'm afraid you seen me for the last time.

Tried this place for the first time and the food was delicious. The owner and wait staff were super friendly and welcoming. Definitely planning on making this a regular spot for some laid-back cooking. The boudin omelet with grits or hash browns and biscuit or toast was a hit for me, while my wife's grilled pork chops were a bit tough. Despite some hiccups, the overall experience was great for some down-home Southern cooking.

They charged me a 1.60 for extra onions and gravy and a little piece of meat not enough to feed a child .I will never go back.
