I hadn't enjoyed brisket in ages, and this sandwich hit the spot. The meat was lean and full of flavor, and the portions were generous. We left feeling completely satisfied, and I can already tell this will be a regular stop for us while we're in Pagosa Springs!

Great Pulled Pork, BBQ Ribs and chicken. The smoke favor was out standing. Lori was a great server.
