Good Food

Horrible customer service, I use to love this place, great food and nice family owned restaurant. Ordered several times over the years. Our favorite was a calzone with salami. Ordered it tons of times. This time they delivered it and it had Ham chopped up in it NOT Salami. I called expecting them to make me a new calzone and deliver it, I even offered to give them the old one back to prove I am not trying to get a free calzone but they argued with me stating it is chopped up Salami. They kept putting me on hold, and finally refused to make right their mistake. Even when I can prove it to them by showing them the calzone, but no they would rather lose a customer. I can never go back there again, which is horrible because I do love the food, but it is not right to treat customers this way.
