My first visit to the eatery was a memorable one - the patty melt I tried was satisfying, although I typically prefer Swiss cheese over American. The atmosphere had that classic dive feel, evoking a sense of not being an ideal spot for a romantic outing, yet the authenticity added to the experience. The menu had a variety of affordable meat options, and the Italian sausage on garlic bread along with a quarter-pound burger and a shared order of large fries made for a filling meal.
