This fast food location has consistently impressed me over the many visits since its opening. During my latest visit, I was amused when the cashier humorously mentioned an unexpected price increase due to current economic conditions. Additionally, I was thrilled to discover the option of adding Louisiana hot sauce to my meal, which transformed my usual chicken fingers into a delicious experience enhanced by their signature sauce and perfectly toasted bread.

Dont ask for a drink carrier, it may inconvenience a server. I have never seen such unacceptable customer service. After asking for the servers name, she refused, I asked for the manager. He approached the window and then told me" I dont have to give you my name". I had to call another location to ask about this behavior of the other manager. No personal information was asked as I explained. Just a first name. As a small business owner, I am disappointed in these employees and management. There are plenty of people willing to work and lead a business and team with respect and give excellent customer service. Very disappointed.
