The bun here is impressive, and while I haven't tried the pho yet, the experience suggests a family-run atmosphere. Be prepared for a somewhat reserved staff, which can make ordering a bit challenging. However, the food is packed with flavor, and I found the broth incredibly complex and satisfying, making it a worthwhile visit for anyone craving authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
