The creme brulee French toast blew me away with its perfect balance of taste, texture, and temperature-thick brioche soaked overnight in custard, toasted, and topped with a crisp sugar glaze, paired beautifully with housemade mascarpone and fig jam. The crispy rice bowl also stood out as a surprising highlight, offering a unique crunch and flavorful mix of ingredients that I hadn't expected but thoroughly enjoyed. Despite the wait and busy atmosphere, the friendly staff and fresh, inventive menu made the entire experience worthwhile, and I'm eager to return and explore more dishes.
