I was there April 29. I spent a couple weeks in Lyons GA. to see my daughter working with some wild Mustangs. Almost at the end of my stay. I took the highway 1 south, past the sign of the silverware BBQ, Just outside town. “BBQ” I have to try some! I turn around and drove on the parking lot, it was about 10:45 well give me some time to look around and take some pictures. 10:55 almost at the same times three cars came up, getting in line in front of the door. A drive-in? Get in my car, and in line. 11:00 there start taking orders. About 10 minutes later my turn I ordered a large BBQ. There’s a little rest area A few minutes south, just between the highway and the lake on the left side. Perfect place to try my barbecue. I open the box, first thing I saw a couple napkins and some tools to eat. End it was a big portion of pulled pork, some baked beans and potato salad on site.
