Deja was very kind and engaging, making sure we enjoyed our meal, and the Tropical Trio along with the sauces were delicious. The drive-thru service was quick and friendly, the food stayed fresh even after an hour-long drive, and the grilled chicken was juicy and flavorful-I will definitely be back for more.

Deja's kind demeanor, engaging conversation, delicious Tropical Trio with flavorful sauces, yummy Yuca Bites, and efficient Churros Drive-thru experience made for a satisfying meal at Pollo Tropical, with fresh food, friendly service, and a convenient drive-thru that I enjoyed during my hour-long trip home; I'll be back for more of their juicy and crispy grilled chicken and refreshing lemonade.
