Hey Menu-Pix User--You are in the United States of America. You have a choice if you want to get Cookies N Creme. That's the beauty of our country.
So quit complaining and giving this place a bad rap. Go somewhere else!!
This place is great BTW....

Covid Non-Compliant. State of NC is requiring that all restaurant staff wear masks while our COVID case numbers are extremely high. However, I have stopped by here 4 times in the last 6 weeks and NONE of the staff ever wear masks, so each time I leave without buying. Remember, they have to lean over the open bins of unprotected ice cream constantly in order to serve it. Last week I walked in and one worker did put a mask on as I approached her. I ordered a quart of ice cream but because the other 2 MASKLESS staff were leaning over a machine while touching shoulder to shoulder, I once again read the COVID notice on the door to be sure they were violating their own (and NC State) mandate. After reading, I cancelled the quart because they weren’t wearing masks. One of the maskless girls belligerently told me she had a medical condition- asthma. That’s exactly why SHE SHOULD wear a mask, btw. She continued on in a chiding tone to explain why the other one she’d been touching wasn’t wearing a mask, but I simply told her they were violating State regulations and left. Btw, 9 out of 10 people who claim medical conditions are using it as an excuse because they figure they won’t be challenged. This week I stopped by and both girls visible behind the counter had no masks once again. A shame, because they have my favorite ice cream here. But it’s not worth my health to do business with them.
