The moment I sat down, I was greeted with warm hospitality and soon found myself savoring pillowy fried chip wheels paired with tangy pickled jalapeños, onions, and carrots that set the tone for the meal. When the tacos arrived-grilled jalapeño, fresh cucumbers, radishes, lime, cilantro, and perfectly cooked chorizo and carne asada nestled in homemade, lightly fried tortillas-every bite ignited an explosion of authentic Mexican flavors that lingered long after.
