During my visit to Holy Smoke BBQ in Bishop, I enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere and very friendly staff that made the experience comfortable. The brisket was a bit on the drier side, and while the sauces were decent, they didn't quite deliver the bold flavors I was hoping for. Overall, the meal was satisfying for a casual stop, but it didn't quite reach the level of exceptional barbecue I've had elsewhere.

Tried for the first time. Everything was tasty, especially the beans & cornbread. It was a to go order so wasn't that hot-my bad. Will definitely return. Oh yes, ribs, brisket & pulled pork-tasty.
