The hotel features beautiful holiday decorations and clean, updated rooms. The bellhop, Mr. James Robinson, provided exceptional service in ensuring a perfect stay, accommodating specific needs such as early check-in and accessibility for a wheelchair user. The complimentary breakfast and dinner options were decent, and the food at the wedding reception was excellent, making the overall experience enjoyable.
