Thought you were one of the best restaurants ever. I have even told you that fact in person. I am a regular. You wow'ed me with the first meal when I moved to Phoenix. My household are regulars. My friends and clientele are regulars now... Yesterday, I took a break from rushing as I am to have a stress free life for my health. I stopped for a lunch in and carry out dinners. As soon as I had paid and sat down...the owner started yelling and berating an employee in the back. This went on for over half and hour. The owner then sheepishly walked by when he knew a customer had over heard. No Apology! Nothing! Then he went in the back and started up yelling and berating the employee. If I was that employee I would file charges and fast! That behavior toward and employee in Arizona is now illegal! I would testify on that employees behalf. You lost me as a customer and long term client..plus you have lost all my referrals..and I have sent you a great deal of business. I will also give me story to anyone who is talking about your restaurants. I am appalled at the public behavior by an owner. I knew my stress level went up. My lunch ruined..and I threw out the dinner. I also let the server know that I had sent out reviews of your restaurant and all that had transpired in that forty five minutes. He was upset. The front workers were all pale and upset all watching me as a customer the entire time while the owner at the top of his lungs yelled screamed belittled badgered and berated the back room employee. I know I can never bring anyone in your restaurant for there obviously is an on going situations with the owner yelling at employees in this manner. Why would I subject a guest to this..it would reflect badly on mne for selecting your establishment. Simply you need to be ashamed fo your behavior toward the employee and toward your customers. You may have won awards locally...but you lost support and hopefully people will start seeing you as you are...a place where the owner yells screams belittles berates UN-apologetically and ruins customers meals without apology...and continues to berate employees. I READ THE ONLINE REVIEWS ALL OVER THE INTERNET TODAY AND IT CONFIRMS BY OTHERS THIS IS ONGOING BEHAVIOR. THE OWNER YELLS SCREAMS AR HIGH SCHOOL AND OLDER EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS RUINING MEALS AND BELITTLING EMPLOYEES. should in the least had my meals reimbursed with an APOLOGY!
