I will never eat there again if they don’t respect our veterans. If someone needs a service dog then you should respect that . I am wondering now if it is an American that owns the restaurant. But who ever it is you should be ashamed of yourself for refusing him service. And it is against the law and he should sue you . 😡

Deserves 0 stars. Went in today august 4th 2023 @ 1pm. Was refused service because I have a service dog. Evidently serving 20 years in the military and getting F'd up and requiring a service animal. Means you can't eat here. I informed them it is against the law to discriminate against someone with a service animal. The waitress said that the owner doesn't care. You are a POS American.

Always been crappy always will be crappy. Almost got in fight with waiters, she was so rude. Ran by amateurs….don’t go there ever!

Food is pretty good, reasonably priced but the service more times than not is horrible. It’s like pulling teeth to get the bill, they never come back to check on you, and act like you are bothering them. And this is when the restaurant is slow with not a lot of customers. If you hate the job so so much than let someone else do the job but don’t take it out on the customers!

My boyfriend, sister and I came to eat breakfast here Saturday morning as it was my sisters first time visiting us since we moved out here. We had lost our power the night before and were very hungry! We came in anticipating finding a great new restaurant/bar we could frequent that was close to us. When we were walking in we had two separate gentlemen hold the doors open for us, which is very polite of someone you dont know. We sat down and a couple minutes later were greeted with menus. Our drink order was taken. about 5 min later our drinks were brought to us. We asked for another minute to decide what we wanted, our server left and said she will be back soon. We waited more than 5 minutes before she came back. She wasn't very busy at this time. The restaurant wasn't very full when we got there. She finally came back over and took our orders. I ordered a farmer's omelet which is my favorite kind! about 15-20 min later our food arrived. (which is the normal time it takes to make food ....I was a server for awhile) Welllll everyone's food arrived but mine. My sister and boyfriend started eating as the server said mine would be right up! I waited 5 min for my food. The server comes over with a plate, and says very confused like "Western Omelet??" looking around as if she didn't know who was missing their food. She set the plate down and said enjoy. I was a little confused? Western Omelet? ok so I opened it up, sure enough there was the wrong filling. I waited for her to come back to which I told her she may have grabbed the wrong plate because I asked for a farmers omelet. She took the plate away without saying sorry. I wasn't really that upset because I know mistakes happen ( I am NOT a mean person, I am very easy going) I waited another 20 minutes for my food after I had already waited 5 more than the people I was with. In between waiting she had never stopped to give us refills, so not only was a missing my food but I was missing even a beverage to keep me happy. I was growing a bit angry as I watched her from what looked like was trying to avoid me. After my food was brought she brought us new refills. Then our bill. I finished my food and I headed to the bathroom while our bills were being paid. I came out and my sister and boyfriend told me that their debit card machine wasn't working so we would have to go to an atm, to which the server and the woman who was most likely the owner was making rude comments about how people keep coming in and trying to pay with cards and there is a big sign. We were very angered by how we were treated as in the beginning we had people hold the door open for us, we were telling these people thank you and smiling at them! We didn't see a sign (and 90% of the time when you post a sign, people DONT see it, its just how it is, verbal communication is always best). When we found an atm 15 min away that worked we came back and suggested they let everyone know that when they greet people let them know that their card machine isnt working before anyone ordered, they replied that they were trying. If they were trying, then we would have been informed by this and wouldn't have had to go through all of this trouble. While the food was decent the service we received was not satisfactory I would never suggest this place to anyone. I work with the public everyday and get many letters stating how good I am with people and I expect other businesses to treat me in the same respectful way. No one who treats you like this deserves your hard earned money!!!
