During a recent road trip, we stopped at this Red Robin location in Lacey craving burgers and were seated quickly despite the Friday evening crowd. The Southern Charm burger lived up to expectations, and while the food was good as usual, the service was mixed; a new waitress seemed overwhelmed, and a rude bartender almost made us leave. However, a friendly server helped improve the experience, and despite the service hiccups, the overall meal was enjoyable.
