We stopped by the shop around 11:30am today. Our transaction number was 522654. We were very dissatisfied with our service and the staff. First I was astounded by the fact that the cashier when asked for a recommend for a coffee selection, could not provide one. Which is crazy as "coffee" is literally what's in the title of the resultant. Then when she asked the barista he also could not make any recommendations but said we can make anything sweet. This was not helpful in the least. Further more as another patron came in he asked what kind of Americanos do you have. The employee tried to describe a couple options but apparently did not like the interaction with the paying customer and once he stepped outside, the waitress, cashier and barista started to bad mouth that customer. Not only were they no help to me, but then to loudly talk poorly about your patrons in front of everyone is absolutely appalling service. I think it is paramount that the owner understands how their employees are treating their customers. I am highly disappointed and seeing as there is no quality assurance to see if client satisfaction is even a consideration ie. customer feedback/surveys it makes think this has been an ongoing treatment and who knows how long this has been going on.
