We really enjoy Zaxby's, but there are some issues at this particular spot that need to be addressed. I placed an order for pickup through the app, only to find out they don't offer curbside service after a certain time, causing confusion and delays in getting my food. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious flavor of Zaxby's chicken keeps me coming back, even if the prices are a bit steep.
