I had the opportunity to visit Wawa for the first time during my recent trip to the East Coast. The name Wawa itself intrigued me as I learned about its Native American origins related to the Canada Goose. Despite the lack of sidewalks near the location in Glen Allen, the well-lit surroundings of Wawa on Brook Road made me feel safe even after dark. The 24-hour deli with fresh and affordable food options, along with the friendly staff and convenient self-checkout system, made my experience at Wawa truly enjoyable.
