Staying at the Hilton meant skipping complimentary breakfast, but Rose & Emmett's made up for it with a meal that lingered in memory. The biscuits and gravy arrived in generous portions, rich and satisfying-far surpassing many others claiming to serve authentic southern gravy. My wife's eggs, toast, and bacon were flawlessly prepared, while the Taylor Tot Bowl and Bacon Donut Casserole added an unforgettable touch to the morning.
