The Smokehouse at Paris Avenue has a new owner, Jason, a CIA graduate, who ensures a great experience with the best BBQ in the area and a fantastic staff. My wife enjoyed the pulled pork, while I savored the smoked soft shell crab and fried oysters - both outstanding choices. The ambiance is welcoming, and the service, despite a minor hiccup at the register, embodies the southern hospitality that makes dining here a truly enjoyable experience.
